Mary Banks Ector
Former On-Air Personality & a Retired Employee of City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Contract Compliance

Mary Banks Ector began her career as an on-air personality in 1992 at WTJH 1260 AM Radio Station in East Point, Georgia. After three (3) years at WTJH, Mary accepted an offer to host a weekend gospel program for WAOK 1380 AM Gospel Station in Atlanta, GA.
During her tenure, she was privileged to interview celebrities such as Bobby Jones of Bobby Jones Gospel, Gospel Recording Artist Marvin Sapp, a Local Comedian Small Frie and from the Warner Brothers Network’s Steve Harvey Show Steve Harvey, among others.
Mary’s exposure in the Gospel music community has also afforded her the opportunity to conduct church concerts, city functions, festivals and private events.
Mary also helped the City of Atlanta make a difference by providing assistance to small business owners through the Mayor’s Office of Contract Compliance.
She is a native of Atlanta, the wife of Elder Joseph L. Ector, a devoted mother of two daughters and grandmother of three grandchildren.

Carmilla D. Hilton

Carmilla D. Hilton has been an educator for over 30 years. She has mentored and coached new and veteran educators for over 15 years. Ms. Hilton has been a Teacher of the Year 6 times in her career. In those 6 years, she has won Beginning Teacher of the Year for Finalist for District 5 in Miami- Dade County, Florida and Elementary Teacher of the Year for Douglas County in Douglasville, Georgia.
Ms. Hilton received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida Memorial College/University in 1993. She went on to receive her Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. Then her Specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2009.
Ms. Hilton has been apart of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc since 1993. Through her years of service, she has worked with the youth in various areas in the communities of Miami- Dade, Florida and Douglasville.
Ms. Hilton has also instructed and mentored youth for the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps. This is a youth military program, where she she has instructed, assisted and prepared youth between the ages of 10-18 to enter the armed forces of United States Navy.

Cynthia A. Jones
Pastor Cynthia A. Jones has been preaching and inspiring people to strive to reach their full potential while not quite fully believing she could do it for herself. She attended Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey but left before obtaining her degree. She started her career in corporate America and spent the first 20 years in accounting. She entered full time ministry in 1993, received her license to preach in 1997 and was ordained in 2001. With persistence and her innate drive to succeed in life, she has initiated, cultivated and continues to educate herself. Her desire to consistently develop and improve sets her apart and compels her to provoke others to do the same. Her passion to learn and deep hunger for knowledge aided in her own pursuit of greatness. She is the founder and pastor of Radical Church, Inc., located in Decatur., Georgia. The Radical Church was formed for all people; regardless of race, culture, age or class. With her engaging personality Pastor Jones immediately connects with her audience. This enables her to deliver content which is easily obtainable and acquirable. She has always had a passion for helping others achieve their full potential by reaching out with a prayer, offering an encouraging word or simply being a sounding block. One of the most life altering events in her life occurred in the year 2000, when she was unexpectedly diagnosed with an extremely serious heart condition. While constantly being told it was hopeless through her long stays in the hospital, she continuously relied on her faith and her inner strength. Since this time, she has undergone four open-heart surgeries but because of the healing power of God and her sheer determination to survive, death could not take her. However, with a mountain of obstacles placed in her path, as she struggled to recover, she has now become even more relentless in her tenacious pursuit to serve God. As an Inspirational speaker she has addressed the "Women with Heart", held at Morehouse School of Medicine, with Amanda Davis of Fox 5, as Mistress of Ceremony and was interviewed by Karen Grier of 11Alive news. She has been featured on TBN's "Joy in Our Town", WATC-TV Atlanta 57, Love 860 am - Atlanta, WMAPRADIO.com (World's Most Amazing People) in New York, just to name a few. She has shared her story with the Atlanta division of "The American Heart Association, Go Red For Women". She is also the author of the book entitled, "Destined Even Though You've Been Delayed". She was featured in "The Author Spotlight", for Kish Magazine in October - December 2017. As an Inspirational speaker, she uses her story to inform others, especially women of the dangers of heart disease, as well as to uplift and inspire others to keep moving forward, regardless of any obstacles. Her experiences have propelled her to speak with boldness, power and authority. In 2002, under the leading and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Cee-Jay Ministries, Inc., was established. Fueled by her passion to communicate Cee-Jay Ministries, Inc., was formed to help women, as well as leaders fulfill their vision by admonishing fellowship, discipleship, commitment, organization and service. She continues to use her many gifts to influence young adults, encourage singles, inspire women and galvanize leaders into their destiny. She speaks at conferences, retreats, workshops and classes, all while inspiring her audiences to grow into their own greatness, by the power of the Holy Spirit. By serving others with a spirit of love, integrity and excellence, she has become a well sought after speaker and teacher. Pastor Jones has a genuine love for His people, which is evident by her humble spirit and her desire to serve. James M. McQuilla
MBA President, Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce
James McQuilla is a graduate of The Citadel Military College (BS) and Winthrop University (MBA). He has spent more than 30 years as a sales professional, management executive, and small-business entrepreneur. As a Senior-Level Executive, he has verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business-growth objectives within start-up,turnaround, and rapid change environments. His multifaceted careerincludes such industries as higher education, medical practice management, pharmaceutical sales, federal government contracting and non-profit administration. Mr. McQuilla has extensive experience requiring a deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries. As the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Buyers Advantage, LLC, Mr. McQuilla built a multi-milliondollar government contracting firm that amassed more than 300 prime federal government contracts over a ten-year period. Currently, Mr. McQuilla serves as the President ofthe Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce where he works to promote the benefits of living, working, and relaxing in Orangeburg. He is focused on community and business collaborations across all sectors and cultures and continues to enhance economic developmentthrough strategic outreach initiatives designed to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Orangeburg. Mostrecently,James authored his first book for children titled, “The Adventures of Matty Peajay and the Sumter Bunch.”James is also the father oftwo adult children. His daughterJai Brenay is a physician, and his son Matthew Brennan is completing both a Master of Business Administration degree and a law degree at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Phillip-Michael Payton, Ph.D.

With a career that spans nearly 40 years, Phillip-Michael has developed a broad range of knowledge in the field of higher education. He has served as an undergraduate recruiter, counselor, and program director for public educational institutions and not-for-profit organizations. His has extensive experience with budgeting, program planning and development, and student academic success. Currently he leads all efforts regarding academic preparedness and success, undergraduate research, and course programming for the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) at the City College of New YorkCUNY. He also oversees the accreditation review process, which determines if the undergraduate program meets defined standards of quality. He is Co-PI of an award winning program designed to increase minority student exposure to the field of biomedical engineering (Minority Scholars Program). Phillip-Michael earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University (2002), where he studied the workplace behavior of students in an executive development program. He is also an alumnus of St. Augustine's University and Clemson University where he studied Business and Human Resource Development, respectively.

Elaine Helen Tyler

Elder Elaine Tyler is a Licensed and Ordained Minister...She has been a member and apart of the Kingdom of Christ Church Ministry, Inc. Ministerial Staff for the past 14 years under the pastoring of Bishop Anthony M . Walker. Presently Elder Tyler is the Sunday School Superintendent and serves as an active minister both as a Bible Study Teacher and Sunday Morning Speaker. She is co-chair of the Women's Ministry Unmasked and Unbound with Overseer and First Lady LaGail Walker and is the Administrative Assistant to Bishop Walker.

Elder Tyler's beginnings are far more humbling, she is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, the proud daughter of Sergeant J. T . Tyler and First Lieutenant, Registered Nurse Willie Ruth Tyler born at Fort McPherson Army Post in Atlanta, Georgia.

​A graduate of E. R. Carter Elementary School; and an honor graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She joined the United States Air Force with basic training at Lakeland Air Force Base where she became the squadron song leader after graduating, she received Administrative Specialist Training at Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi and was later assigned as part of the Rescue Weather and Reconnaissance Wing at McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, California.

​Elder Tyler is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a BA degree Broadcast Management, Mass Communication. While attending Clark Atlanta, she was honored twice to have hosted the Atlanta University Center Veteran's Day Program and was a member of the gospel choir.
​It was in her sophomore year of college that she joined the Move of God Church of Atlanta, Georgia and gave her life to Christ. While a member of the Move of God Church she served on the church's Urban Missionary Ministry, Usher Board and assisted with the Week Night and Sunday Morning Preliminary Praise Service, although she was very active in the church God give Elaine one more job. He called her into the ministry in 2001 while at the Move of God Church under Pastors Edward and Francis Harris where she was Licensed and became apart of the Ministerial Staff preaching on third Sunday mornings and evenings and teaching during the week night services each week.

Elaine has taught in both the Public and Christian school systems in Dekalb Country as a Substitute Teacher and with Mount Olive Christian Academy as a Third grade teacher and later becoming the Director of Education for Holy Fellowship Christian Academy.
She also worked for the United States Census Bureau and the American Red Cross, Blood Services, Southern Region both in administrative managing positions.
She has emceed affairs and been the Keynote Speaker for numerous events , church and school youth rallies, Women Retreats and programs.

Although she has been blessed to be apart of many wonderful and great occasions and functions, the greatest occurrence has been accepting Christ as her personal savior, there is no greater humbling blessed gift than realizing that God sent His son and His son Jesus Christ died for your sins and He redeemed your soul, it's a phenomenal gift. Second to that would be that God called me in the ministry to preach and teach His word, No greater job, No greater benefits. I am humble to be a servant and to be used of God for the purpose of the Kingdom's good, leaves you speechless. It is with immense love and commitment that I share the gospel, it is a calling that is life long!

Elaine resides in Atlanta, Georgia with the world's greatest brother Paul Anthony, he is a immeasurable blessing!

Josefa E. Bethea Wall
Josefa E. Bethea Wall, a lifelong Methodist, is a native of North Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Bishop Joseph B. and Shirley C. Bethea. Motivated to be a servant leader, she has served the United Methodist Church in a variety of capacities. Currently, she is Director of Planned Giving for Africa University. She has served on the Advisory Development Committee for the university for over 25 years. She served as the secretary for the Board of Directors for the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry and was a member of the Loans & Scholarship Committee for one quadrennium. She continues to support the UM-related Black College Fund, for which she served as an ambassador in 1984 and 1985. Josefa has been a delegate to the World Methodist Conferences held in Waikiki, Hawaii, Nairobi Kenya, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Brighton, England and Durban, South Africa. In 2011, she was named a member of the World Methodist Council. She has also served the church in her role as a freelance writer for United Methodist Communications.
Mrs. Bethea Wall has over 30 years of experience in community-building, grants management and higher education. She has worked as Community Fund Grants Manager for United Way of Central New Mexico, State Coordinator for Citizen Schools-New Mexico, Director for the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Community School Partnership, Program Officer for the Moses Cone ~ Wesley Long Community Health Foundation and Community Initiatives Specialist for United Way of Greater Greensboro. In each of her roles, she has focused on advancing sustainable community development by cultivating strategic partnerships, guiding the mobilization of nonprofit organizations toward collective impact and engaging stakeholders in efforts to improve the quality of life for all.
Mrs. Bethea Wall received her baccalaureate from Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina, one of eleven historically black colleges supported by the United Methodist Church.
She has a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University; Process Management and Nonprofit Management certificates from the University of New Mexico and an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising from Lake Institute.
Josefa is married to her childhood sweetheart, Bryon Wall. Currently, Bryon is General Manager with Brookfield Properties.
